she/her
I'm a liberatory Clinical Social Work Associate working with individuals who feel like misfits, as if they don't fit into a neat box, and are exploring their mental health and identity while navigating our current world. I use Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT Skills, and other methods to co-create a course of treatment with my clients that feels like the best fit for them. I am LGBTQIA+ identifying and affirming. I work to hold the light for my clients as we walk the path together to healing and understanding.

Committing to therapy can feel daunting, and I celebrate you for seeking support with navigating the grief and trauma of our current world. I am honored to work with my clients on figuring out their path to growth, healing, and authenticity.
02.
Before we potentially begin working together, I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit for one another. I look forward to meeting you!

I work with clients age 18 and over in the state of Oregon who have experienced grief, trauma, isolation, shame, neurodiversity, and those who seeking to gain a deeper understanding of their authentic selves.
